Directions:
Apply evenly and generously to all exposed areas 20 minutes before sun exposure. Use at least one teaspoon per limb, plus one teaspoon for the front and back of the body, and half a teaspoon for the face, ears, and neck. Reapply every 1–2 hours, and always after swimming, excessive sweating, exercise, or towel drying.
